Paul Purcell is a distinguished figure in the investigative field, renowned for his pioneering contributions to organizational efficiency and case management excellence. In 1998, he established InfoQuest International, a premier licensed private investigation agency. With a wealth of experience as both an investigator and instructor, Paul expertly handled a myriad of cases, specializing in fraud, theft, and missing persons investigations.

Recognizing the need for a structured approach in his investigations, Paul devised innovative forms and templates to streamline processes, thus enhancing both his own and the company's operational efficiency. In 1999, he launched "The Case File," a groundbreaking resource tailored for investigators seeking to optimize their practices.

Building on the success of his initial venture, Paul expanded his repertoire in 2000 with the creation of The Attorney Case File—an advanced iteration of his original template structure. This comprehensive tool was developed in response to the high demand from attorneys seeking Paul's expertise in helping them capture the detailed information needed in solid case management.

As the popularity of his organizational system soared, InfoQuest underwent significant expansion, incorporating divisions dedicated to publications, education, and investigative services.

Driven by his unwavering commitment to preparedness, Paul shifted his focus to disaster readiness—a passion that culminated in his seminal work, Disaster Prep 101, published in 2015. In the aftermath of 9/11, he made invaluable contributions to vulnerability studies for numerous organizations and actively participated in homeland security planning initiatives.

Today, Paul continues to be a leading authority in the field, sharing his wealth of knowledge as a consultant and national speaker. His expertise extends to diverse topics, including personal and family preparedness, as well as first responder family preparedness—a testament to his enduring dedication to safeguarding communities nationwide.

Dr. Frances Purcell - Vice President of Education and Engagement

Dr. Frances Purcell, VP of Education and Engagement at InfoQuest International, brings vast knowledge and experience to her role. With a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and a background in psychology, she is dedicated to advancing education and transforming leadership. Previously, as Provost and Dean at Trinity Medical Sciences University and as Assistant Dean for Curriculum at the Medical College of Georgia, she made significant contributions to medical education. At InfoQuest, Dr. Purcell focuses on developing educational products to enhance essential skills and empower all professionals.

Her contribution to The Attorney Case File has been especially valuable. As a paralegal and licensed investigator for more than twenty years, she brings her understanding of both case management and organizational structure to the InfoQuest team. Adult education is a passion of hers and permeates the work she does both inside and outside of the classroom.

She is happily married to Paul Purcell. Together, they share their lives with three remarkable pets—an extraordinary dog who serves as a support dog in the K-9 unit of the Medical Association of Georgia's Medical Reserve Corps and two delightful cats who are currently seeking employment opportunities.
